Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame for Returns
You can return any eligible item within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for a return:
The product must be unused and in its original condition.
The tags, packaging, and labels must remain intact.
Items must be returned in the same packaging they were received in.
Non-returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, such as:
Innerwear or lingerie
Accessories (e.g., jewelry, masks)
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to start a return:

Go to the Return Request section under “My Account.”
Fill in the order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you a return confirmation email.
Return Approval and Process
Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange for a pickup from your registered address. In some cases, you may be required to self-ship the product to our return center.
Our logistics partner will inspect the package upon arrival, and after quality verification, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refund Methods
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase:
For online payments: credited back to your bank or wallet.
For Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded to your bank account via NEFT/UPI.
Refund Time Frame
Refunds usually take 5–7 business days after product inspection.
In rare cases, it might take up to 10 days, depending on your payment provider.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your product.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will:
Arrange a free pickup, and
Either replace the product or refund your payment — whichever you prefer.
To speed up the process, please share photos or videos of the damaged product while submitting your complaint.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Recheck your bank account or digital wallet.
Contact your credit card provider or bank, as it may take a few days before your refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can request a return once you receive it.
Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), shipping charges are fully covered by us.
If the return is due to personal preference (like size or style), the shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

International Orders
Currently, ShallyEcom operates and ships only within India.
Our return and refund policy applies exclusively to orders placed in India. When we expand to the U.S. and U.K., separate regional return policies will be added.
